A former listed distillery site of Gutshof Sydow in the northern outskirts of Berlin is being converted into a vodka distillery and shared vacation homes. A microdistillery is being built in the vaulted cellar of the former Sydow potato schnapps distillery; the other parts of the building will be converted into shared holiday apartments. The heart of the facility will be the main building, in which co-living is to be realized on weekends as a large “holiday flat-share”. The surrounding outbuildings are used as holiday studios, surrounded by an enchanted garden.
